Common to both embodiments is that they comprise partly a fixed part 2 and partly a movable part 3. At the fixed part 2 there is a platform-shaped portion 20 intended to be fastened to a wall, for example with a screw, (not shown). Extending from this fixed part is a lower holder part 21, which forms a lower support surface for a package 4 containing napkins.
Furthermore, an abutment member 22 is arranged at the fixed portion 2, which constitutes a fixed abutment for a spring 5 (see dashed line marking in Fig. 2).
The movable part 3 comprises an upper holding member 31, intended to hold a package 4, for example with wet wipes, with the force from the spring 5. The upper holder part 31 is arranged at a U-shaped rod 30 with an outer leg 32, an inner leg 33 and a bridging portion 34. At the inner leg 33 there is arranged a second abutment 35 for the spring 5. Furthermore, at the fixed part 2 arranged a guide arrangement 25, which controls the leg 33 to be displaceable linearly, so that the U-shaped rod 31 can be displaced linearly from resp. against a package 4 resting on the lower holder 21. The spring 5 is clamped between the two abutments 22, 35, so that a constantly acting force is produced which strives to press the two holding members against each other 21, 31. Thanks to a solution according to the invention there is a spring 5 arranged in a protected manner, so that the spring mechanism is protected from external influences of various kinds, and so the risk of squeezing for a user is eliminated.
Figures 1 and 2 show a first embodiment according to the invention using a tube 250 as part of the guide arrangement 25, the lower abutment 35 being protected within the said tube 250 at the inner leg 33 (a bit above the lower end of the leg) and the upper the bracket 22 is formed by a part of a plate 26, which projects as a kind of roof, perpendicular to a base plate 22 which at the same time forms said flat portion 20 for fixing the holder 1. The spring 5 is thus arranged inside the tube 250 between the lower 35 and the upper abutment 22. The inner leg 33 projects at the top through the roof 26 through a hole 26A therein and the U-shaped bridging part 34 is hereby arranged at the top in relation to the flat-shaped portion 20. Furthermore, the outer leg 32 is arranged with a handle part 32A, suitably in the form of a bent portion, which is more grip-friendly, e.g. in the form of an outwardly bent, lower part of the leg 32.
Furthermore, it appears that advantageously at least one of the holding means 21, 31 is arranged with gripping means 21A, 31A which contribute to being able to fix a package in the desired position between the holding means 21, 31. Suitably the holding means 21, 31 are formed of wire bent to the desired shape, the movable holding member 31 being provided with thread portions 31B extending at right angles to the flat portion 20 and the fixed retaining member 21 being provided with thread portions 21C running parallel to the flat portion 20. (or vice versa), and the gripping means 21A, 31A are arranged so that two of them 21A run across the flat portion 20 and one 31A runs parallel to the flat portion 20, so that together with the base plate 22 they form a gripping formation which securely can hold a package 4 in the desired position.
In the embodiment shown in Figures 3 and 4 (which schematically shows that even smaller packages 4 can be retained), the flat part 20 for attaching the holder 1 constitutes only a peripheral part and constitutes a kind of abutment plan for a bulging housing-shaped portion 27 which encloses a inner cavity 270. Inside this inner cavity 270 there is arranged a bracket 271, which partly forms part of the guide arrangement 25 and partly forms abutment for the spring 5. In the same way as according to the embodiment according to Figs. 1 and 2, an abutment is arranged at the inner leg 33 In order to be able to clamp the spring 5 in a corresponding manner in accordance with what is described above, whereby a transverse part 22 at the bracket constitutes both said abutment and an upper part of the guide arrangement 25 arranged with holes 274. It is further shown that the housing-shaped part 270 in lower edge is provided with a hole 273 which forms a further part of the guide arrangement 25 for linear displacement of the movable part 3, by means of the inner sideboard It is further shown that advantageously an additional part is included in the guide arrangement 25, in the form of a guiding part arranged at the fixed holder part 21 (suitably in the form of a hollow wall plate arranged between two inner wire parts), which guides / holds the outer leg 32 at the desired distance from the flat portion 20. As can be seen from this embodiment, the bridging part 34 is arranged at the bottom of the flat portion 20. In order to provide a more grip-friendly movable part, a bend 36 can suitably be arranged. above the bridging portion 34. This bending can also be used as a restriction of the movement of the moving part 3, with the result that the moving part 3 cannot move further into the cavity 270 than to the bent portion 36, i.e. when this 36 meets on the hole edge 273. A possible alternative for restricting the movement is to let the upper end of the inner leg 33 be limited by the upper end wall of the housing 27. (or other at the housing 27 arranged obstructing part).
The invention is not limited by the appended claims but can be varied within the scope of the appended claims. It is understood, for example, that a holding device 1 according to the invention is not limited to having the movable part 3 arranged to clamp on the package 4 from above without a device according to the invention also fulfilling its function during an inventory attachment, i.e. where the upper part is instead fixed in relation to the housing and the lower part is movably arranged. Furthermore, it is understood that the invention is not limited to the use of spirals. spring 5, without other "spring means" being able to be used, for example a gas spring, with retained principal functionality. Furthermore, it will be appreciated that the holding device can be used for containers containing articles of very different kinds (eg paper from a paper roll, plastic bags on a roll, etc., etc.) for safe and practical collection / discharge from a container with a discharge opening.
